Sentry Access is the parent company behind Gate Sentry and Sentry Solo — two products built on a single idea: that modern access control and visitor management should run on the phones and tablets people already carry, not on callboxes, keypads, and wiring.
The concept began in 2012, when founder Michael Rendon — a former HOA president — saw firsthand how poorly legacy gate hardware served the communities that depended on it. The first property went live in 2015, and today our software manages access for properties across the country.
Everything we build follows the same principle: hardware-free, software-first, and designed to make every entrance easier to manage.
