How a SentryPass Is Sent
Sending a SentryPass takes only seconds.
Residents, property teams, or leasing staff add a visitor using the Sentry Access mobile app or web portal. They enter the visitor’s name or email address and select how long the pass should be valid.
Once sent, the visitor automatically receives a text message containing their unique SentryPass and can add it directly to their mobile wallet.
A Wallet Pass That Appears at Arrival
When a visitor approaches the gated community, their phone recognizes they are nearby. The SentryPass automatically appears on the visitor’s home screen, similar to how a boarding pass appears at the airport.

There is no waiting and no interruption to traffic flow. Entry is verified in real time and the gate opens automatically.
Time Bound Access With Automatic Expiration
Each SentryPass is valid only for the duration set by the sender.
If a visitor arrives outside that window, the pass will not work. Once the visit period ends, the pass automatically expires without any action required from residents, leasing teams, administrators, or security staff.
